Christmas Eve Services

There will be four services on Christmas Eve
10 a.m: Full Christmas Eve Service with choir
4 p.m.: Family Service
7 p.m:  Full Christmas Eve Service with choir
11 p.m.: Candlelight Service


10 a.m.: Music of Bach, Daquin, and Vaughan-Williams; Lighting of the Christ Candle; Procession to the Creche; Carols include “O Come, All Ye Faithful,” “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing,” and “Silent Night;” Anthems are the French carol “He Is Born,” and the Ukrainian Bell Carol. The choir sings this service joined by Andrew Hagberg, trumpet. Martha Remington is soloist for “O Holy Night.”

4 p.m.: Music of Bach, Brahms, Daquin, and Vaughan-Williams; Carols include “O Come, All Ye Faithful,” “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing,” and “Silent Night;” Alexander Lane is joined by Andrew Hagberg, trumpet, and Harrison Honor, timpani.

7 p.m.: Music of Bach, Daquin, and Vaughan-Williams; Carols include “O Come, All Ye Faithful,” “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing,” and “Silent Night;” Anthems are the French carol “He Is Born,” and the Ukrainian Bell Carol. 11 p.m.: Music of Bach, Brahms, Buck, Daquin, and Vaughan-Williams; Carols include “O Come, All Ye Faithful,” “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing,” and “Silent Night,” Service ends in candlelight, Alexander Lane is joined by Andrew Hagberg, trumpet, and Harrison Honor, timpani.

 
The 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. services will be approximately fifty minutes in duration, the 4 and 7 p.m. services forty minutes.
